Dr. Patrizia
Hoyer

Dr. Patrizia Hoyer is an organizational psychologist and holds a doctorate from the University of St. Gallen on questions of identity work during career changes. Since 2017, she has been an International Postdoc Fellow researching the individual, social and ethical consequences of hypermobile career paths. Her research contributions have been published in international journals such as Human Relations, Journal of Business Ethics and British Journal of Management.
