To better understand the various drivers and mechanics and to occupy a smarter position in the legal market, I am convinced it is helpful to know more about areas such as trends, strategy, business models, customer orientation, business development, leadership, risk and crisis management, legal procurement and legal tech.
To offer you some assistance with these ever-growing challenges, I have developed a series of short videos (approx. 3 minutes each and in English), I call them simply the “B1 series” because I explain, with only one slide, a topic addressing a legal management issue, the legal market or an issue concerning the operational management of a law firm or a legal department. Concisely, pithily and to the point.
These videos are for all lawyers and non-lawyers who are interested in learning more about the mechanisms, management topics and other areas related to the legal market (e.g., partners and associates of law firms, general counsel and in-house counsel of legal departments, alternative legal service providers, public administration, executives, managers, operations managers, CEOs and CFOs, legal procurement managers, etc.).
